Weekly Training Schedule
Every class is held live on Zoom, so karateka anywhere in the world can train with us — the only requirement is that our Pacific Time class times work for you. Each session runs 45 minutes and covers kihon, kata and application work scaled to who is on the mat.

What you need for a Zoom class
- A device with a camera, positioned so the sensei can see most of your body.
- About 2–3 metres of clear floor space in length and width (roughly six to nine feet in each direction).
- A gi if you have one, or comfortable clothing you can move in.
- Bare feet are optional — it depends on the surface you are training on; trainers or mat shoes are fine on rough or slippery floors.
- Water or a hydration drink handy if you like, though it is rarely needed in a 45-minute class. A recovery drink afterwards is recommended.
